Return Policy
Holiday gifts can be exchanged for 30 days after December 25th.  If
no receipt is present, cash will not be refunded.  Customer can
select merchandise in stock, in the store for the amount the item
is currently on sale for.  Specialty holiday items including; Mr. Bird
holiday gifts, ornaments, nature t shirts, sock gift sets, mug sets,
holiday cards are not returnable.

  • Ventura Grain is not responsible for products once they leave our
    property (i.e. Weather conditions etc.)

  • Grain returns are allowed within 7 days of purchase only when
    accompanied with receipt of purchase, unopened grain bag with
    grain tag still attached, an inspection of the product, and if the
    product was not opened. Special circumstances must be handled by
    the manager.

EXCEPTION: Due to Avian Influenza there is NO RETURNS on
CHICKEN grains i.e. Chick Starter, Chick Grower, Layer Pellet or
Mash, after 24 hours of purchase.


  • Store products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
only with a receipt and inspection of product.

Wood Pellets that do not meet customer expectations for quality, is
defective or damaged within 30 days of product pick up date, Ventura
Grain will gladly exchange the bag. Please retain your receipt and provide
it as proof of purchase and pick up date with opened bag to our store for
exchange.

Worn merchandise including Muck Boots and shoes may not be
returned if worn outside.

Safeguard traps can not be returned after purchase.

  • Checks are accepted at our store as long as a phone number
    and ID are available (ID includes license #, social security #,
    military ID etc.)
    There is also a 7 Business Day hold on all returns paid for by check!

  • Please DO NOT load your own car with our products.  A Ventura
    Grain staff member will be glad to assist you.
